A new hotel is coming to Grand Forks.
Occupying the site of the former Provincial Hotel on Market Ave, the downtown hotel will offer 32 rooms.
The hotel will not feature a restaurant or kitchen, the developer says, but will include an amenities room with capacity for up to 100 people.
Developed by MJI Contracting, foundation work for the hotel is expected to begin soon, with the business slated to open to the public in the first half of 2026.
