DMG Blockchain Solutions has been awarded a $1.5 million “energy efficiency incentive” for its deployment of hydro direct liquid cooled server technology at the company’s 65 megawatt data centre facility in Christina Lake.

The publicly traded company mines bitcoins through its 27,000-square-foot facility.
Chief executive officer Sheldon Bennett remarked that “DMG remains actively focused on activities to convert its Christina Lake facility into a world-class AI data centre.”
