The Canada Post workers’ strike, after more than a month, is ending as the Canada Industrial Relations Board orders the return of 55,000 employees to their daily duties.
This decision was made after negotiations between Canada Post and CUPW stalled completely, despite mediation.
Union contracts are extended until May 2025, allowing more time for the two sides to reach an agreement.
